Returns & Refunds Policy

Hydrakart.in is operated by BJ Fluid Power, Bangalore. This policy applies to all orders placed on www.hydrakart.in for delivery in India.

1. Return window

Standard stock items (cartridge valves, check valves, flow control valves, fittings, seals and accessories) can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

2. Items that cannot be returned

  • Custom-built or made-to-order items such as hydraulic power packs, manifold blocks and special assemblies, unless they are defective.
  • Items that have been installed, used, modified or damaged after delivery.

3. Defective or wrong items

If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, inform us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange pickup at our cost and send a replacement or give a full refund.

4. Return shipping cost

For defective or wrong items, return shipping is free. For all other eligible returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. No restocking fee is charged.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. How to start a return

Email info@bjfluidpower.in or call +91-82175 81688 with your order number, the item and the reason for return. We will share the return address and instructions.
