We are seeking a talented Hydraulic Design Engineer to join our engineering team at Hydrakart (BJ Fluid Power). You will be responsible for designing and developing hydraulic systems and components, working on manifold blocks, power packs, and custom valve assemblies for industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design hydraulic circuits and systems for industrial machinery and mobile equipment
• Develop manifold block layouts, power pack assemblies, and valve integration designs
• Create detailed engineering drawings and 3D models using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Perform design calculations including pressure ratings, flow rates, and component sizing
• Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing teams for product development and cost optimization
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in hydraulic system or mechanical design engineering
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of hydraulic standards (ISO, DIN) and fluid power principles
• Experience with manifold design and hydraulic circuit simulation is a plus
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
